Description

A nutrient-packed apple-adorned side dish


Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, broken into small florets
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and cubed
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) coconut oil, to cook with

Instructions

  1. Add coconut oil to a hot frying pan and add the broccoli florets.
  2. Sauté for a few minutes before adding in the apples.
  3. Season with salt, to taste.
