This veggie bowl is as colorful as it is delicious.
- Add the avocado oil to a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, carrots, and onion to the skillet and sauté until the vegetables are soft and slightly browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- In a separate skillet, add the other 2 Tablespoons of avocado oil and sauté the beef until browned. Season with salt, to taste.
- Combine the beef and vegetables and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
