Description

An easy to follow recipe for perfect crispy drumsticks.


Ingredients

  • 12 chicken drumsticks (with the skin on)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) of olive oil or avocado oil
  • 4 Tablespoons rosemary leaves, chopped (or use other herbs)
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 g) sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 F (230 C).  You need it hot to make the chicken skin crispy.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the oil, salt, and the chopped herbs.
  3. Rub the mixture over the chicken drumsticks.  Place the drumsticks on top of a greased baking tray.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes until the skin is crispy.
