I would try to commit to cutting out just grains and dairy, but then I'd get overwhelmed and revert back to my previous unhealthy diet. All the while, my autoimmune symptoms just got worse and worse.
But finally - once I had a good plan in place - everything got so much easier. Once I knew which simple and delicious recipes to cook, I was able to stick to my diet AND over time, my body started to heal.
I was able to come off my autoimmune medications and I haven't experienced any relapse for over 2 years.
