Description

Quick, filling and tasty – this is the perfect breakfast option!


Ingredients

  • 1 large beet (98 g), cooked, peeled, and diced
  • 1 banana (100 g), peeled and diced
  • 1 Tablespoon (6 g) of carob powder
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) of full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of coconut cream, to drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the beets, banana, coconut milk and crushed ice into a blender and blitz until fairly smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and drizzle over a little whisked coconut cream before enjoying!
