Description

A simple, fresh ceviche packed with protein.


Ingredients

  • 2.8 oz (78 g) of smoked salmon, roughly chopped 
  • 1/2 large avocado (100 g), peeled and diced
  • 1/2 lime  
  • finely chopped cilantro, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the smoked salmon with the diced avocado and plate up. Generously squeeze over the lime and scatter finely chopped cilantro over the dish.
