A health-packed AIP drink
- 1/4 beet, peeled and chopped
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) turmeric powder (or a small piece of fresh turmeric)
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 small avocado
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut milk
- Honey or maple syrup, to taste
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Add in sweetener if needed.
