It’s as the title of the book suggests, this is an easy-to-read guide to surviving the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol. Eileen has written a great book filled with helpful advice on how to get started, tips on how to snack, how to vacation, what foods to eat, what foods to avoid and more.
Who This Book is For:
Anyone that’s looking to start the Paleo autoimmune protocol (AIP) diet would benefit from taking a few hours to read this book and then referring back to it when they need to. It’s a pretty short read, but it’s jammed pack with great info.
Eileen has been sharing her AIP journey for many years now on her blog and podcast – she was able to reduce her rheumatoid arthritis symptoms by 95% by changing her lifestyle and diet. And in this book, she shares a lot of what she’s learned on her journey to better health.
It can be tough when you’re new to AIP, and it helps to have a guide to explain what pitfalls to look out for and avoid. And that’s exactly what this book is great for.
